Coventry Baths

Coventry Sports Centre was opened in 1966 across the road from the original Victorian Coventry Baths destroyed in the blitz. As one of the first 50m non-Victorian style swimming pools in the country, it was hailed as a "cathedral of light" and has been copied and improved on in the UK's subsequent swimming pools.
